How OneShare works

Four steps from connecting an account to a published post - and every destination carries its own state.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts once

Connecting happens on the integrations page of your Manzuma account: you are sent to the platform's own consent screen (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and you approve it there. Tokens are stored encrypted in the vault; OneShare never holds them - it asks for one at publish time only.

  2. 2

    Compose the post once

Upload a video or photos and write the caption and hashtags. The caption is shared across destinations, and you can override it for a single platform when you want different wording.

  3. 3

    Pick destinations and per-platform options

Select every connected account or a custom subset. Each platform shows its own options: TikTok privacy level, comment/duet/stitch settings and commercial-content disclosure - with no assumed defaults; you choose them.

  4. 4

    Publish and follow it

Delivery runs in the background, one destination at a time. Each destination shows its state, its attempt count, the post link once it succeeds, and the platform's own error message when it fails - and you can retry a failed destination alone without re-publishing the ones that worked.

Supported platforms

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok. YouTube is in development.

Questions

Do you ever post something I did not ask for?

No. Nothing is published except a post you composed and pressed Publish on, and only to the destinations you ticked.

What happens when one platform fails and the rest succeed?

The post becomes Partly published: successful destinations stay published, the failed one shows the platform's own rejection reason, and a retry touches only the failed destination.

Where is my media stored?

In our own private storage, and it is sent to the platform at publish time. You can delete the post from us whenever you want.

How do I disconnect?

From the integrations page of your Manzuma account. Disconnecting deletes the tokens we hold and ends our access immediately.
