OneShare Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. These terms

OneShare is operated by OBT Agency ("we", "us"), a digital studio registered in Israel as a sole proprietorship — licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 300173978, trading as OBT. These terms are the agreement between us and you — the person using OneShare and the business on whose behalf you use it. By creating a post, connecting an account or otherwise using OneShare you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What OneShare is

OneShare is a web application that publishes content to social media accounts you connect yourself. You upload media once, write a caption, choose which of your connected accounts to publish to, set each platform's own options, and press Publish. We send that content to the platforms you chose and show you the result for each one.

OneShare acts only on your instruction. We never publish anything you did not compose and submit, and never to an account you did not select.

3. Who may use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must be authorised by the business to act for it, and authorised to publish to every account you connect.
  • You sign in with a Manzuma account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for what is done through it.

4. Your content

Your content stays yours. To run the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit and display it — only to operate OneShare for you and to publish it to the destinations you selected. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where a platform already holds a published copy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must hold the rights to everything you upload, including music and footage.
  • You must follow each platform's own rules — for TikTok that includes its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation; for Facebook and Instagram, Meta's terms and community standards.
  • You must disclose commercial content truthfully. When a post promotes your own business or a paid partnership, tick the matching disclosure before publishing.
  • You must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing content, or anything that breaches a platform's rules.

6. What you may not do

  • Use OneShare to send spam or bulk unsolicited content.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or publish to accounts you do not control.
  • Work around a platform's rate limits or our own, scrape the service, or automate it outside the interface we provide.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or reverse engineer the service.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

7. Connected accounts

Connecting an account gives us a token from the platform, kept encrypted in Manzuma's vault. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Integrations page; we delete our copy of the token and revoke our access at the platform immediately. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published.

8. The platforms decide

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok control what reaches their networks. A platform may reject, delay, restrict, label or remove a post, apply its own quotas, change its API, or revoke access — and it may do so without telling us why. When a publish fails we show you the platform's own message, but we cannot overrule the platform and we are not responsible for its decisions.

Some platform features require their approval of our application. Until an approval is granted, the platform may limit what we can publish on your behalf.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep OneShare available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

10. Fees

The plan you are on today is free. If we introduce a charge for a plan you use, we will tell you in advance and you may stop using the service before it applies.

11. Our intellectual property

OneShare — its software, design, documentation and brand — belongs to OBT Agency. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.

12. Suspension and ending the agreement

You may stop at any time: disconnect your accounts, or delete your Manzuma account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if your use endangers the service or other users, or if a platform or the law requires it. We will tell you why, unless we are legally barred from doing so.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, OneShare is provided "as is". We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that a platform will accept your content, or that the service will be free of errors or interruptions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or for a platform's decisions about your content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or ILS 500 where no payment was made.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you published through OneShare, or from your breach of these terms or of a platform's rules.

16. Changes, law and contact

  • If we change these terms we publish the new version here with a new date, and tell you inside the app before material changes take effect.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
